CSYP News: May 24th-31st

Well as some of you may or may not know last June the CSYP helped Denver and Pueblo get YP groups off the ground. Both groups have been growing, but Denver’s growth has been unexpected. Soley through word or mouth DYP is now almost 2000 members! Because of them we now have ties to the Nuggets, Avalanche, Glendale Raptors (Rugby), The Outlaws (LaCrosse), and the Rapids (Soccer) for sporting events. They’ve also been approached by the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Glendale Chamber, Cherry Creek Chamber, CO Women’s Chamber, Denver Divas, Gesher City, and many more to form partnerships for the years to come. Support has been amazing and thanks to everything being in the Colorado YP network, you too can take advantage of these relationships just through your connection with CSYP!

Speaking of CSYP we’re still growing. We launched our “Community Night” program in April at Leadership Pikes Peak which is a once a month Tuesday Night free event where you get to learn about an institution in our community as well as mingle with others. We’ll be also be firing back up our once a month volunteer day again and working with another local organization on something bigger too.

The Colorado Springs Young Professionals is over 12 years old now and over 5000 members strong. We’ve worked with the Economic Development Corp, Downtown Partnership, and the Chamber to name a few. We’re apart of the Colorado Young Professionals Network which is Fort Collins, Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Grand Junction (Coming soon) which while only less than a year old is 5000 strong.

Our ties don’t stop there. We’re connected to YP groups from Boston to San Diego stateside. In Europe we have you covered from London to Malta, Amsterdam to Prague.
