Red Gravy is an old term for red sauces found in Italian cuisines, and Chef Eric Brenner’s take on it throws in a refreshingly hip take on the old school standard unlike any place in Colorado. Course, that’s because Eric is from the Gateway to the West….good old St Louis where he has helped open quite a few restaurants before moving to Colorado Springs a year ago. So be prepared to see something a bit different than the norm. And while Red Gravy would easily be at home in traditional Italian neighborhoods in Boston or Chicago, we’re lucky to have this gem right in downtown Colorado Springs.
There is a parking garage just around the corner on Colorado/Nevada that’s safe and secure plus parking is free on the street downtown after 6pm. Course, we always recommend taking an Uber of Lyft down. Better safe than sorry, and hey Red Gravy’s wine selection will be safely enjoyed if you do get a ride.
See you there. We’re quite excited to be the first big networking event to grace Red Gravy. Come early, stay late.
