CSYP Throw Down in The Cañon @ Sacred Grounds

Sacred Grounds is perhaps the best kept secret in town. Located deep in Cheyenne Cañon, just a short walk from the entrance to the park, it’s not a place you drive by. Not is there any other business close by other than the Broadmoor. But then again? That’s why we do our Socials each month for ya’ll, to help expose you to these hidden gems of our beloved city of Colorado Springs.

Aside from the amazing menu, they also have a fine selection of beer, wine, and spirits as well as a traditional coffee bar with locally roasted coffee blended just for Sacred Grounds. There are patio spaces, both covered and uncovered, on all 4 sides of the building which gives you a feel as though you’re hidden in a small mountain town vs minutes from downtown.

Bonus: Stratton Open Space is just a short walk a way. Park there and go for a hike before you walk on over or park there if you have a hard time finding a spot.

No doubt, if you have never been here you’ll want to get there early and stay late. FYI Sacred Grounds will be staying open until 9:30pm just for us, and later should the crowd warrant it.
