June Trail Work/Clean Up Day!

Come join us for our monthly clean up day! We’ll be cleaning up the corridor along the Santa Fe Trail we’re building/built trail on the greenway trail by Urban Steam. A total of 5 miles is planned, so keeping the area clean is critical to activating it and making users of all ages feel safe.

Urban Steam Coffee Bar and Cafe will provide coffee to all volunteers that show by 9am. An after work lunch will be announced soon as well.

What you’ll need:
-Gloves
-Closed toe shoes
-Sunscreen
-Long Pants recommended

In accordance with Parks guidelines we do ask no children. Sadly, occasionally needles and pornography can be found while doing clean ups which we do want to protect children from. Granted, it’s very rare but nonetheless, we just want to be safe.
